Due to limited availability, we currently only ship within the U.S. At Bella-Lu, we are actively working on expanding our global range and will notify our clientele accordingly.

We ship from our warehouse in New York City.

We offer free U.S shipping that takes between 4 to 8 business days. Expedited shipping is available to you at an extra cost. If you placed your order before 2PM EST on any business day, your order will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 2PM EST will be shipped out the next business day. Any orders placed during the weekend, will be shipped out on the next business day. We do not ship during holidays or weekends.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email when your Bella-Lu products have left the warehouse. This email will contain a tracking number that will allow you to track your package through the carrier website.

We love our Bella-Lu clientele and always aim to provide the best quality products alongside caring customer service. Consequently, some of our popular Bella-Lu items sell out quickly. If this is the case, that item will be listed as “on Back-Order”. You are able to purchase an item on Back-Order, it will be reserved for you until it is available again, then it will be shipped to you automatically.

If you’re having trouble deciding on which Bella-Lu color suits your hair best, you can order our Bella-Lu color ring. The Bella-Lu color ring contains samples of all of our current hair extension colors. This will allow you to compare your hair to the colors we offer in person.

Our Bella-Lu extensions are made out of 100% premium quality human hair. Like any product of nature, wear and tear is inevitable. Depending on how well you take care of your Bella-Lu extensions (Heat application, chemical process, etc.), their longevity will range anywhere from 6 to 12 months.

Just like your own hair, shedding is completely natural. Due to daily habits such as brushing, hair styling, washing, etc. your Bella-Lu hair extensions will shed somewhat. Excessive shedding, however, should and will most likely not occur. Our team of professionals at Bella-Lu have developed a strong and secure system for each of our Bella-Lu hair extensions in order to prevent any excessive shedding.

Our Bella-Lu extensions have been chemically processed carefully to achieve our different range of colors. We recommend you choose your extensions as close to your own natural color as possible. Additional dying, bleaching or processing your Bella-Lu extensions is advised against since it will shorten the life span of your Bella-Lu extensions. If you do want to proceed with this, please ask the advice of a licensed professional hairdresser.

Bella-Lu extensions have been carefully sourced and processed. We recommend the use of a heat protectant before applying any heat to the hair. Naturally, we additionally recommend moderation as excessive exposure to heat will shorten the life span of your Bella-Lu extensions. Please be aware that excessive heat application to your Bella-Lu hair extensions can also implicate their color.

We are so excited for you to start enjoying your Bella-Lu extensions. In order to preserve Bella-Lu hair extensions as best as possible, our team has applied a protective coat to the extensions. This protective coat ensures the quality of our Bella-Lu extensions during packaging and shipping. We recommend any individuals – including professionals – to wash their Bella-Lu extensions before installing them. This first wash can show some color loss in the water but does not affect the integrity of your Bella-Lu extensions’ hair color.

Bella-Lu hair is 100% human hair of premium quality. If your extensions are installed, you can just follow your regular wash routine as before the install or otherwise suggested according to your hairdresser. If you have Bella-Lu clip-in extensions, we recommend to wash them at least twice per week if worn daily. Otherwise, we recommend to wash them after 2 to 3 uses.

We have all kinds of hair extensions types. We currently offer wefts, tape-ins and clip-ins. We recommend your hair to be at least 4-6 inches depending on density. However, if you have doubts, a professional hairdresser will be able to offer you the best advise in person. Otherwise, our Bella-Lu clientele is always welcome to contact us via the “Contact” section of our website. Simply send over a photo of your natural hair in the daylight and a Bella-Lu associate will promptly advise you.

Yes, we offer exchanges. Please return your unopened Bella-Lu hair extensions with the warranty seal still intact and we will ship out your new desired Bella-Lu color as soon as possible.

Bella-Lu hair extensions are a hygienic product. We stand by our hygienic policy and take pride in our vigilance. Our Bella-Lu clientele expects us to live up to these hygienic standards when receiving our products.This means in order to provide a hygienically sealed product, we do not accept returns with a tampered with and/or void warranty seal.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, we will accept returns of Bella-Lu extensions purchased within 14 days of the receipt of your order if your Bella-Lu extensions are still in the original packaging with the tamper warranty seal intact. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please start your return by e-mailing customer service at info@bella-lu.com.

Due to their delicate nature, we do not accept returns for Bella-Lu appliances, tools, accessories and brushes. They are considered final sale. Under the rare occasion they are faulty, you are welcome to reach us at info@bella-lu.com

Due to the high volume of orders, our processing times are very fast. We like to ensure speedy processing in order for our clientele to receive their beloved Bella-Lu products as soon as possible. Once an order is placed, it almost automatically gets filled. Should you have made an error in the address or any other personal information, we cannot guarantee our Bella-Lu team will be able to intercept your package before it gets shipped out. Therefore we recommend additional caution when placing your order. You can always try to contact our Bella-Lu team as soon as possible upon realizing the error, we will try to help but cannot guarantee the interception of the package.

Please be aware that any address errors are under the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for such deficiencies.
